About us

10 December 2007

Morgoed Estates Ltd can announce the sale of part of its Liverpool Rentcharge Estate to Liverpool City Council. The Estate is situated within the regeneration zones of Kensington and Edge Hill and Lanes. As a feature of the sale, Morgoed has released all covenants from the properties concerned. This will allow the City Council to proceed with its Pathfinder project. Morgoed looks forward to working with the City Council and other regeneration bodies on future projects in other parts of our Estate.

Morgoed Estates has been an active investor in the City of Liverpool since 2000, purchasing more than 1600 ground rents and rentcharges in that time. We are looking forward to increase that investment in the future and to be a part of Liverpool's continuing success story as it becomes the European Capital of Culture in 2008.
